Joe and I went to Atlanta’s Chastain Park tonight to see Sting perform.
As you can probably see, we were nowhere near the stage – AND I forgot my binoculars! Drat. But it was a great concert, and we had a lot of fun.
The last concert we went to was in Nashville – about 2 1/2 hours away. We went to see Kid Rock (another really good concert) and had to stop in Murfreesboro on our way home to get something to eat. Must have been from all of the second-hand “smoke” we inhaled inside the arena. (That was a story of the day a few months back if you want to look it up)
But tonight we had no such problem. Being outdoors, no smoke to worry about.
I’ve been listening to a 2010 Sting concert on YouTube lately. It is of him performing with the London Philharmonic Orchestra in Berlin. It’s two hours long, but well worth the time. I listen to it while working at my computer at work.
It’s really good!
