This was taken on the Ruth Holmberg Pedestrian Bridge near the Hunter Museum of American Art. Parts of it are clear plexiglass so you can see the cars going by below the bridge while you walk.
This little boy was initially skeptical about crossing, but his father (I’m assuming) coaxed him along.
