Photo Studio – Snapshot of the Day, No. 332

This is the photo studio at work. I don’t get a chance to use it much anymore, but there are a lot of memories attached to this room. Actually, the original studio used to be inside the former photo department. But that was a merger and several renovations ago. Here is a link to aContinue reading “Photo Studio – Snapshot of the Day, No. 332”

The Newspaper’s Vista – Snapshot of the Day, No. 283

As you can see, not many people work in the newsroom anymore. But to be fair, this is only a small corner of the newsroom, soContinue reading “Newsroom Library – Snapshot of the Day, No. 17”

Day 7 — On Thin Ice

This is a sheet of film for a newspaper page. It, along with several others, have been taped to the window in one of our offices to prevent the occupant from getting sunburned on a bright day. I have never gotten close enough to read what was on the page until today. I love theContinue reading “Day 7 — On Thin Ice”
