These oatmeal raisin cookies are from a recipe in Gwyneth Paltrow’s cookbook, “My Father’s Daughter.” I alter it a bit because I cannot find all of the ingredients that it calls for.
They are pretty good, and also pretty healthy. The only sugar in them is from maple syrup. Joe and his mom love them because they make them – how shall I say…….
